    Registered Nurse

    Andrea has over 30 years of experience in the medical field, with 25 years as a Registered Nurse and over 10 as Family Nurse Practitioner. She went on to receive her Doctorate and focused on weight management and nutrition. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and bring them to their best health possible by helping them to meet and often exceed their goals. With additional training, Andrea became certified in Functional Medicine, Homeopathy, Health Coaching, Weight Management, Culinary Nutrition, and is currently working on chronic Lyme advanced training. She is passionate about her work, her clients, and making the whole self well!

  • Dr. Ryanne Gromatzky

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Ryanne Gromatzky earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a medical emphasis prior to completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in 2014. She specializes in orthopedics with her board certification completed in 2017. Dr. Ryanne also specializes in manual therapy with extensive training and mentorship through the Institute of Physical Art, as well as Upledger, Barral, and The Graston Technique. Ryanne feels honored to be a part of her patient’s journey. Her approach is holistic and she is dedicated to finding and treating the causes of the problem. With every session, you will find a patient-first, one-on-one approach while exploring your unique recipe for healing and wellness. You will experience a combination of individualized movement concepts, hands-on “manual” techniques, and plenty of education for self-progression. No cookie-cutter approach and no big gyms to get lost in while your therapist is distracted by other patients. Ryanne focuses solely on you and your care Ryanne is married to her amazing husband with three beautiful sons. She enjoys spending time with her pets and fishing with her family.

  • Stacy James, PTA

    Physical Therapist Assistant

    Stacy graduated from Newbury College in Brookline, MA in 1991 with an Associate’s Degree of Science in Physical Therapy. She has taken classes through the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners in Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger Institute) and Visceral Manipulation (Barral Institute). Stacy has also taken classes in Muscle Energy Technique and Myofascial Release. She has experience in subacute and outpatient Physical Therapy, treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of diagnoses including infants, children, women contemplating pregnancy, pregnant women, and postpartum patients. Other diagnoses include (but are not limited to) back pain, neck pain, abdominal pain, lymphedema, vertigo, concussion, post-surgery, and pelvic dysfunction.

    Physical Therapist

    Melissa earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Clarkson University in 2015, where she also found a passion for treating patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain. After working primarily with orthopedic patients for 8 years, she made the choice to expand her practice to working with children. She has found a new passion for physical therapy by working with a pediatric population in an outpatient setting, as well as within the school system. She thrives on creating customized treatment approaches that combine exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to help each patient achieve their individual goals. In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking, practicing yoga, and taking her kids to all their fun activities!

    Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner | Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

    Angel Putney Noé is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who provides comprehensive, family-focused healthcare to patients of all ages. Since 2003, Angel has combined conventional and complementary therapies to offer truly holistic care—drawing from “all the tools in the toolbox” to support the body, mind, and spirit. With a deep foundation in herbalism, integrative medicine, and community health nursing, Angel is passionate about identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance and disease. Her approach is collaborative and inclusive, meeting patients where they are and empowering them with education, resources, and individualized support. Angel’s journey into natural medicine began over 25 years ago, sparked by a personal interest in herbal remedies. In 2003, she completed an apprenticeship at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, followed by earning her BSN from the University of Southern Maine. As a registered nurse, she worked extensively in community health—serving diverse populations through roles in homeless health programs, HIV/AIDS care, and LGBTQ+ health services. For the past nine years, Angel has provided holistic care at a naturopathic clinic, further deepening her integrative approach. In 2023, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Goodwin University, expanding her clinical expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Angel’s mission is simple but powerful: to help individuals achieve vibrant health by combining the best of modern medicine and traditional healing practices.

  • Kirsti Stennett, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Kirsti Stennett, PT has a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut, School of Allied Health, Storrs, CT, 1976. She has over 1,500 hours of advanced study in integrated manual therapy including addressing dysfunction of the lymphatic system, congestion therapy, men’s and women’s health issues including pelvic pain and incontinence, capsular dysfunctional patterns of the foot and ankle. “My grandparents needed physical therapy when I was in high school and as I watched their treatment, I decided I would like to pursue physical therapy as a profession. I enjoy getting to know my patients. Based on my advanced and specialized training, I do a very thorough evaluation that includes medical history analysis, walking and movement patterns, and compensatory dysfunction. The treatment plan is designed to alleviate protective muscle spasms, biomechanical problems, fascial tightness, as well as weakness and imbalances. My goal is to get my patients to a point where they can continue to heal and restore their health on their own.” Kirsti is also a member of APTA.
